P7 Residential Camp

Each year our Primary 7s are fortunate to take part in an amazing residential camp at Benmore Outdoor Centre, Dunoon. The experience is one so incredibly rich, that it is remembered for the rest of their lives, as a highlight of their primary school  years.

The children are led by highly qualified instructors and are encouraged to take part in activities such as bike riding, kayaking, rock climbing, caving, gorge walking, night walks and much more. The exciting opportunities enable the children to further increase their own self confidence, communication skills, resilience and team building skills. These are so incredibly important and help prepare the children for high school and beyond.

The camp is for 5 days (4 nights) and regardless of the weather, the children have an amazing, unforgettable time. All dietary requirements and individual needs are met by both the school staff attending, as well as the Benmore staff. As it is such an incredible experience, we encourage all children to attend, as we don’t want anyone to miss out!
